  • We don’t just “do” natural hair — we specialize in it. Every service is customized based on your hair health and scalp condition, not just the style you want that day. In addition, specializing in the health and care of hair in its natural form without straightening it is a rarity in natural hair salon settings today.

    My focus is healthy, thriving hair long-term. You’ll leave not only looking good, but actually understanding your hair better and knowing how to care for it between visits.

  • Yes. Curating content for Hair Innervisions is vital for the success of the business. However, we respect your privacy, and you have the option to not allow your content to be posted to our socials & website platforms, or opt out of photos altogether. It’s extremely helpful though for the following reasons:

    1️⃣ It helps potential clients like you to be able to search for a stylist to partner with via social media and our website. Clients feel confident in booking a stylist if they are able to see visuals of the content the stylist creates.

    2️⃣Also, it’s beneficial for you as the guest to see your hair’s progression while we work to accomplish your hair goals. To get where we’re going, we gotta know where we started from, right? 😉

    • 🚨 Card On File Payments are no longer accepted, due to increasing costs of processing fees. It’s very convenient, but I don’t want to increase the price of your service to cover fees out of your control.


  • A deposit of 40% of the service price is required to book all new client services, packages, and haircolor services. The deposit goes toward the service. It is non-refundable, but is transferable if rescheduling is necessary.


  • Consultations are not required to book a regular service. During the New Client service, a consultation will be conducted during the appointment.


  • Once service requested has been booked, it cannot be changed in the chair unless recommended by stylist. You can change the service you booked to another service on the booking site 24 hours or more before the appointment date.


  • The salon area is pretty small, with little to no seating area. No extra guests during the appointment at this time please, unless you are the parent of a minor who is receiving a service.

  • I strive to offer clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges and are unsatisfied with the results, contact me within 48 hours of the last visit, and I’ll be more than happy to rectify any issues you’re experiencing. You will have 7 days to complete the redo service, or redo appointment will be voided.

    I do not offer refunds on completed salon services.

  • All communication will be done via email and/or text (using the number at the bottom of the page). No social media DM’s please.


  • Guest satisfaction is my #1 priority, and I feel that notion should be reciprocated from guest to guest to ensure everyone’s happiness. I get it, things happen, and sometimes that results in getting behind and arriving late. For that reason, I’ve allotted a 20 minute waiting period, with no penalty. After 20 mins, it is considered a No Show if you are unable to be reached for explanation. The appointment will be cancelled, and to proceed to book again, a 50% deposit will be required at confirmation.

    Please Note: If you arrive 10-15 mins early, kindly be aware that your appointment will still begin at the scheduled time. Arriving right on time is best!

  • Cancellations of appointments are to be done 24 hours before the appointment is to take place. In the event that the appointment is cancelled sooner than that, please reach out via text if cancellation is needed to be made.

  • Please be considerate of others. If you get sick 24 hours before appointment, notify me, and I’ll gladly reschedule you after 7-14 days with no penalty. Do not come to the shop if you are sick or are showing signs of any illnesses.

    Masks are not required, but they are provided at the salon. They are worn at your discretion.
